World Vision is one of the world's largest humanitarian organizations, working in nearly 100 countries to support children, families, and communities facing poverty, injustice, and vulnerability.

Tiana's relationship with World Vision began in 2008, when she filmed TV spots for the organization in Düsseldorf and Tanzania. More than a decade later, she returned — this time as an official Ambassador. In December 2019, she traveled to Tanzania to personally meet her sponsored child. Tiana has supported sponsored children since her teenage years and remains actively committed to child welfare and protection.
